If you live a calm and relaxed life, perhaps a Gong bath with more "thrust" will provide the most replenishment. If you live with constant stress and rush, then perhaps the deeper and calmer tones will be the ones that provide the most replenishment and build up your energy field.

Experience the deep liberating, healing tones and vibrations that all the Gongs and the Singing Bowl etc. can provide.
There will first be a short warm-up with
Gong, with a short sharing of the experience, before we end
with a longer Sound Bath. If we have time at the end, it is
open for sharing.BRING a thick sleeping mat, or a good chair, because during the Gong Bath it is recommended to lie down, or sit comfortably so that the body can completely relax. The idea is to let yourself float along in the river of sounds and vibrations and let yourself bathe in this vibration field of sounds and frequencies that trigger the body's ability to heal and awaken.
Inge Joar Holsen has been practicing Awareness meditation since 2006, as well as performing Healings and giving Gong baths since 2017 around Norway and the world. He is also certified in the Guide Human Design program, and can share a little about it between Gong rounds.
